President and Founder, Ben Jordan, is a graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina where he earned his MBA degree in Business Management. Ben started his career with FEDEX and has over 30 years of Logistics experience and was employed with companies Barloworld, Raymond, Pack Mule, Crown and most recently JIDA where he met Kyle.
Chief Operating Officer
Our VP of Customer Support, Kathleen Jordan, holds a degree in nursing from University of New York. Kathleen has over 20+ years in senior living operations and has made a smooth transition to Customer Support and Human Resources in the warehousing/logistics industry. Kathleen background brings a unique perspective on the company’s culture and staffing model.
Architectural & Engineering Manager
Architectural and Engineering Manager, Kyle Wei, graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2014 and earned his Bachelor’s degree. Kyle earned his Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio in 2018. Kyle was born in Liao Ning Province, China.
Michele Backus, Controller, has over 30 years in the field of accounting with experience as a Controller and a Chief Administrative Officer. She holds a bachelor’s and a Master Degree in Accounting from the University of Akron – Akron, Ohio. Michele just recently moved to the wonderful city of Greenville from Florida.
Director of Project Management
Director of Project Management, Bryan Jordan, began his career as a Safety Consultant for the country’s leading industrial fall prevention and loading solutions company, Carbis Inc. He worked in that space for two years before moving to Assurant in the project management field. While at Assurant for 13 years, he specialized in client relationships, corporate project management, and large project implementations. He brings to Global Trade Logistics those years of comprehensive experience in providing client onboarding, building new processes and procedures, and continuity with existing clients.
Warehouse Manager, Cindy Terry, has over 20 years of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations experience. Her knowledge in production planning, inventory control and quality management are a valuable addition to the GTL Logistics Leadership Team.
